Today is the day to add accessories to the wardrobe shown above from a Weekend Wardrobe post I did two weeks ago, based on the colors from the green and blue striped sweater. Somehow I ended up with a parrot theme for the accessories, probably because emerald green and cobalt blue are two of a number of bright colors that show up in parrot plumage. Let's start with the jewelry, where the parrots really make their presence known:

The woman who wears this collection of clothing and accessories is obviously a fun and quirky person who knows what she likes and has more than enough confidence to wear what she chooses - who cares what others may think? Next week I will return to slightly more traditional fall colors, although hopefully the fun factor will still be included!
