I just love the new ad from Pier 1 shown above, with the feisty beagle who redecorates his owners' outdoor space! This ad got me to take at look a Pier 1's outdoor collection, and I am obsessed with their selection of black and white geometric pieces. Here are the ones I would choose for my patio (if we were not in the process of downsizing for our upcoming move, that is!):
The Mombasa Black & Ivory Lounge Chair (on sale for $149.99) would be perfect for enjoying morning sunrises or evening sunsets on our back deck in Georgia or the back patio at our New Mexico home.
The Black & White Ikat Garden Stool (on sale for $99.99) could be used as additional seating, or as a small table next to the lounge chairs described above.
The Watercolor Ikat Black Pillow (on sale for $4.99) continues the black and white geometric scheme - a few of these pillows scattered about would add a comfy touch to any seating areas.
Accent a dining area or outdoor coffee table with a profusion of flowers in this Black & White Diamonds Vase (on clearance for $13.98).
And while these Black & White Geometric Canisters ($14.99, $19.99, and $24.99 for the small, medium, and large in three different designs) are not really meant for the outdoors, I would be delighted to have them in my kitchen:
