It's that time of year again -- time to start entering to win the 2016 HGTV Dream Home!  This year's Dream Home is located on Merritt Island in Florida.  Instead of building a new structure, as was always done in the past, the 2016 home is a remodel.  You can check out the before and after images here.  While I am not a lover of coastal homes, this house is very well done.  It even has a boat dock!  In addition to the fully furnished home, $250,000 in cash, and a GMC vehicle, there is a boat as part of the prize package as well, which I think is a first for this giveaway.  Take a look at a few photos of some of my favorite spaces (and take a virtual tour of the entire home and property here):
