With spring just around the corner, I have been eyeing apparel in fresh spring colors, and the Lois Shirt in Race Day ($228) from J. McLaughlin certainly fits the bill. This 100% silk blouse pushes all the right buttons for me - all natural material, lovely bright colors, and a beautiful print that features horses! The only down side is the rather steep price tag. I am sure it is worth every penny, but I don't think I could ever pay that much for a top no matter how excellent the quality (sigh!). I doubt that it will still be available to go on sale at a later date, but one can dream, right?
